Do you offer samples?

We provide samples as either green or roasted beans. Our sample size for green beans is 200 grams, and 65 grams for roasted beans.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity for wholesale orders is a 60 kg bag.

How is your coffee priced?

Our coffee prices are based on the coffee futures and currency market and change daily. Once an order number is generated, the price will be locked in.

Do the prices include shipping?

Our pricing includes shipping for orders within the Canberra area. We can arrange shipping all over the country. Please contact us to get a quote.

Do you offer credit terms?

Upon successful approval of a credit application we offer terms of 21 Days. If any balance is past due our standard procedure is to put the account on hold. The outstanding balance will need to be cleared up before another order can be placed.

Do you charge credit card fees?

If you are paying for a wholesale order before the order ships, there is no fee to use a credit card. If you would like to apply and use the 21 day terms then a fee will be added. (This does not apply to retail orders.)

When will I receive my order?

Shipping of orders will be within the lead times as set out below. For cash accounts, please note that payment must be received in our account before the indicated cut off time.

How do I report problems with the shipment?

It is important that you inspect the shipment thoroughly when it arrives. If any damage has occurred in transit please document it by taking a photo of the damaged goods and reporting it on the delivery docket (both copies) when you sign for delivery. Of course, if the delivered goods don’t meet your expectations, please contact us immediately with the order number.
